Following the meeting, the directors held an organization meeting which was presided over by the president, Harry L. Russell, who was reelected to that office. Other officers reelected to serve for the ensuing year were: Charles B. Russell, secretary and treasuruer; William L. Sharp, vice president; Harold Kipp was reappointed water works supervisor and Helen Jones as bookkeeper."

"Mrs. Jennie S. Laing, 87 of 18 Hill Street, Greenwich, died yesterday in Greenwich after a breif illness.
"Mrs. Laing had been a lifelong resident of Greenwich. She was a charter member of Ashlar Chapter, OES, and was one the oldest living graduates of Greensich High School at the time of her death.
"She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. William L. Sharpe Sr. of Greenwich; a sister, Mrs. Julius Rathheim of Rockville Centre, L.I., two grandsons and seven great-grandchildren.
"Funeral services will be held Sunday at the convenience of the family from the Beth Emeth Chapel at Beth Emeth Cemetery in Londonville."
