Czaja, life long resident of Moodus, beloved wife of the late Frank Czaja and daughter of the late Joseph and Helen (Govin) Romanofski, passed away Sunday morning, (August 26, 2007) at the Middlesex Hospital in Middletown.
Survivors include two children, Terry Marsie, with whom she made her home, and James Czaja; a brother, Henry Romanofski; a sister, Mary Bujnowski; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services were privately held and burial was in St. Bridget Cemetery in Moodus. The Aurora-McCarthy Funeral Home of Colchester has been entrusted with arrangements.
