Memorial services to be held Saturday, July 30, at 11 a.m. in the First Congregational Church, Hanson, followed by a graveside service at Fern Hill Cemetery, Hanson. Arrangements made by the Leighton Funeral Home, 4 West Washington St., Hanson, Mass.

Hanson --- A memorial service will be held Saturday morning at 11 o'clock in the First Congregational Church for Mrs. Hannah M. (Griffin) Baker of Tucson, Ariz., widow of Warren S. Baker, who died July 9 in Arizona.

Mrs. Baker was born in Holyoke May 25, 1890, daughter of the late Michael J. and Katherine (Donoghue) Griffin and attended schools in Holyoke. She was a graduate of Smith College in 1912, and from 1912 until 1916 she was employed with the extension service, Dept of Agriculture, in Amherst.

A resident of Hanson for 53 years, she moved to Tucson in 1973. She was a former member of the Hanson School Committee, and Library Committee, and the First Congregational Church of Hanson; also the Maids and Matrons and the Ladies Alliance at the church. Mrs. Baker was past president and an honorary member of the Whitman's Woman's Club.

She is survived by three sons, Warren S. Baker, Jr., of Clinton Conn., Robert C. of Tucson, Ariz., and Paul H. of Erie, Pa.; a daughter Mrs. William (Anne) (sic) Moreau of Kacal, Hawaii; 14 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Following the memorial service at the church there will be graveside services in Fern Hill Cemetery, Hanson. Arrangements made by the Leighton Funeral Home, Hanson.
